Bio Spanner - Myofascial Multitool

It took a short while to work out how to get the maximum benefit from my Bio Spanner, but I can now get it right on the spot to relieve pain and loosen up stiffness. I highly recommend the Bio Spanner.

This tool is awesome to use. It allows you to get great leverage to get amazing pressure on any areas you are focusing on. It gives you the ability to put pressure on areas that are hard to reach like your deltoids, lats, and the scapular area. With a little bit of thought you can usually get at any area that needs attention.

I find the biospanner essential for keeping my spine loose and supple. By back used to go "out" regularly right between my shoulder blades. I've tried everything from physio, chiro and certain exersises but it still seems to just tighten up and then "pop" out on occasion and this would leave me in pain and discomfort for days. Now however whenever I feel it tightening up or just when it doesn't feel quite right I jump on my biospanner and apply pressure to the vertabrae in that spot. Sometimes I can feel it "crack" and other times it takes a few go's for it to loosen up but then it just comes good. It doesn't proceed any further to "going out" like it used to. Marvelous. It's good for tight or cramping muscles too - like sometimes after going to the gym I'll get cramps or spasms in my back muscles but the biospanner sorts this out fast. Really good and I thoroughly recommend it.
